Over 30 years ago, Masaaki Imai sat down to write the groundbreaking book KAIZEN: The Key to Japan’s Competitive Success. Through this book, the term Kaizen was introduced in the world.

Kaizen fundamentals are solid, simple and straightforward:
  • Standardize. Come up with a process.
  • Measure. Quantify exactly how good that process is.
  • Compare. Make sure your process is meeting specific needs.
  • Innovate. Find and remove redundancy and waste.
  • Standardize. Come up with a better process based on what you've learned.
  • Repeat. Do it all over again.
 
Following the Kaizen philosophy, we had 120 days for continuous improvements from our previous release on September 18, 2019 up to now in the Telerik and Kendo UI products. We use every single day to progress forward with steady, stable steps. And now, the new release of Telerik and Kendo UI is here!
