Good morning, friend! It's Daniel here, the guy who manages the js-craft.io website. I hope you had a good week! I admit mine was a bit stressful, but we made it through. Let's learn!

📕 Product updates: Getting started with Langchain.js sample chapter
My book on 📕Getting Started with Langchain.js is getting closer to a first version release. You can download a sample chapter from here.
If you want to get more context I've made this video about what type of problems can Langchain help us with when we are integrating AI features into a regular web app.
In the sample chapter, we will build a small trivia app using an LLM model, NextJs, and Langchain. Please write me any questions or feedback you may have.
Expect a full release of the book in the following 2 weeks!
🔊 Top posts from Twitter and Mastodon
Super excited to say that one of my tweets was retweeted by Shan Wang (also known as Swxy). For me, it's quite a bit deal given that I appreciate his work and he was the first to speak about the new role of AI Engineer.

 📰 New articles on Js-Craft.io
The past few weeks I've been heads down on writing the Langchain book. Only two new articles published on the site:
  • Using the StructuredOutputParser with Zod schema in Langchain.js
  • Inside the Developer’s Toolbox: Console Trace for JavaScript Debugging
 👨‍💻 Home office setup updates
On a personal note, I've started again to use the walking treadmill for my home desk setup. So far, I am loving it.
The unexpected benefit of walking more is that I need less coffee. Plus I have fewer back pains.  And yeah, you can walk and type at the same time. Just have to set the treadmill at a very slow speed.
And somehow related to home desk setup, discovered some really good coding music on this channel.
