Select a DOM Element with document.getElementById
Querying the DOM by an elements id is so common that JavaScript has given us a method to do this directly.

In this lesson, we switch our querySelector function our with getElementById to fetch our movie list element.
Instructor: [0:00] Here we have an HTML document that has a list with two items in it. Right now, we are fetching the second item with querySelector. Fetching an item by an ID is so common that the browser has given us a method to fetch an ID directly. This method is called getElementById.
[0:22] Now that we're using getElementById, we can remove the # because JavaScript knows that we're querying for the ID of Movie2. If we go over to our browser and we reload the page, we can see that we are still getting "Knives Out."
