Best JavaScript Frameworks in 2017, benefits of using them and differences between the most popular frameworks: Vue.js, Angular and React.js
A couple of years ago, working at ThoughtWorks, I got the chance to build my first app with a JavaScript framework, it was Angularjs. After the project ended I kept reading and playing with other JavaScript Frameworks and as a result, I want to share the conclusions that I came up with. I hope this is useful to guide people trying to decide which one to use.
As JavaScript popularity continues its rising, it is being called one of the best programming languages to learn. We are witnessing great changes in the JavaScript frameworks, most of all, these frameworks work as a skeleton for your SPAs, allowing you to focus in more complex tasks.
The most popular frameworks as of June 2017 are: Vue.js, Angular and React.js. We will talk about each one of them and compare their ease of learning, performance and popularity.
The world met Vue 2.0 in 2016, a framework developed by a small team led by an ex-Googler. Many call it the Angular and React’s baby (It has the best of both frameworks).
